New lawsuit seeks ED report on for-profit college accreditor ACICS

On April 23, 2018, NSLDN filed a lawsuit on behalf of The Century Foundation against the U.S. Department of Education, seeking the draft staff report on for-profit college accreditor ACICS's application for federal recognition.
