Records Regarding Schools' Financial Responsibility Composite Scores

On December 11, 2018, NSLDN submitted a FOIA request to the Department of Education seeking records relating to “composite scores” of institutions of higher education participating in the federal student assistance programs authorized by Title IV of the Higher Education Act.

First, the FOIA request seeks any communication to an institution of higher education informing such institution of its financial responsibility composite score for any fiscal year ending between 7/1/2016 and 6/30/2017. Second, the FOIA requests seeks any communication to an institution of higher education informing such institution of its financial responsibility composite score for any fiscal year ending between 7/1/2017 and 6/30/2018.
